We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.
At this time, we may not be able to deliver to certain restricted or inaccessible locations. If your address cannot be serviced by our courier partners, we will contact you regarding your order.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after they are successfully placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any free-shipping offers or promotional delivery discounts will be subject to the terms mentioned in the relevant promotion.
5. Cash on Delivery
We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations within Pakistan.
For COD orders, customers are required to provide an accurate phone number and delivery address. Our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to you through the contact details supplied during checkout.
You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment through the relevant courier service.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Beura Beauty is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer being unavailable
- Refusal to accept the package
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned to us because of a customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
8. Delayed or Lost Orders
Although we work with courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can assist you in checking the shipment status.
In the event that a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with the courier and customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when you receive it.
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the package
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A description of the issue
- Unboxing video, if available

10. Delivery Confirmation
An order may be considered delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If you believe your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
